2007 FZ-1 Throttle Position Sensor Adjustment

  • The fully closed position should read from 15-18 when adjusted correctly.
    Some say that by adjusting on the high end of 18 the problem of throttle snatch is less pronounced.
    Press and hold both the select and reset buttons while turning on the key switch.
    Keep holding both buttons until the display shows 'd1'.
    Release both buttons, then press both buttons again for 2 seconds or until the display changes to 'd:01' on the left and your actual throttle position on the right.
    Watch the video and figure the rest out.

    Mine reads 96 percent.
