The fully closed position should read from 15-18 when adjusted correctly. Some say that by adjusting on the high end of 18 the problem of throttle snatch is less pronounced. Press and hold both the select and reset buttons while turning on the key switch. Keep holding both buttons until the display shows 'd1'.
