Yeah they would its why people need to stop buying crap from nintendo, they deserve to lose money they need some kind of hard msg to shut this rampant lawsuit behavior down. No amount of pirating will ever effect them, they have all these bootlicking NPCs that'll always gladly buy whatever cheaply made crap they make. All they are doing is just harming game preservation or just preservation in general for future generations so they can paywall you behind a overpriced rental service or make some lazy overpriced "remake" with forced censorship and DEI rewrites from a twitter user.

Well let Nintendo get a taste of their own medicine and realize that what Nintendo has been doing is akin to being a dictator/fascist to your customers. Goes to show how Mario and Nintendo of Japan+America have become like soviet russia inside their base....But again, while I can see why they would want people to not do it (they do give warnings so to heck with it), but on the other hand, they've been stalling with emulation for sooo long that it's only a matter of time before there's some massive boycott in America to stop buying Nintendo consoles, but I'm not sure about those in Japan that is.
If Nintendo does push the red button, then people would outright see Nintendo as the true enemy of every corporation in the entire world, as well as being put on multiple sanctions like Russia is going through....But only time will tell.

Was hoping a major change in Dolphin releases would have introduced RetroAchievements given how close we are to including it now.
I hate to say it like this, but with the damages being non-disclosed at this point, I'm very worried for the Reddit user being sued by Nintendo. Those damages are probably astronomically high, and I'm very worried about the user.

Their modern games are pretty mid. You can tell people didn't play PS2 or prior because they're amazed by shit that's been done better generations ago

@@fillerbunnyninjashark271 Funny considering I've played PS2 and PC games back in the 2000s and they're mildly yet waaayy more fun compared to these days, and the graphics to me are a classic. The graphics Nintendo has is akin to that of WiiWare games from the 7th generation if you ask me. But I would definitely blame the creator of Game Boy & Virtual Boy for setting the path for Nintendo to us Modest tech at a too cheap price to even get games working right.

10% is within the margin of error when it comes to testing games without a dedicated benchmark feature, so all it proves is that those games' ingame experience isn't effected by Denuvo, not that Denuvo doesn't have an effect overall since loading time and binary times are /still/ negatively effected

I think it's insane that a company can just forbid modding under a EULA and then try to sue under breach of contract if someone mods certain devices that they should morally own. Hopfully it's not enforceable but knowing the USA, it probably is. It's also weird because the eula seems to mainly be offered via selecting a region despite what the eula itself said.
Nintendo's lawyers using A.I. to file lawsuits is real scary. I can't even imagine how asking for customer's personal information is legal. Much more so than illegal game distribution of 30 year old games.
Speaking of Pretendo though, Cemu's bug of connecting with an account that has more than five friends registered now seems to be fixed as well, which I really like as that means I don't need a secondary account anymore when playing S1 and MK8 using my PC.

Well they remove yuzu, Citra, & Dolphin on Steam, & Roms from vimm lair it not great year of 2024. This is disappointing. Just like worst than hbo max on Cartoon Network shows was removed, so does paramount plus with Nickelodeon/nick jr shows.

shadPS4 is really cool, the graphics already look better than FPPS4 and I can't wait for the emulator to improve! I remember back when it just started and could only do very basic stuff.

These companies producing things like the migswitch and offering mod stuff really need to operate out of Brazil or China. Get a brazilian address, get a silent partner there, register everything in their name.

A part of me feels like that this will make Alot Of ps4 fans happy, but on the other hand, spiderman is on steam so I don't see a point, but if there is a Xbox one emulator at some point...looking forward to it. That way I can play the halo 5 campaign on PC until it comes out on steam

denuvo dont affect only frames. it affects performance (lags, stutterings etc) too. people can argue whatever they whant about denovo not affect games, but the fact is that i don't buy games with denuvo. last steam big sale, for example, i buyed a few games on my list. others i left alone, because denuvo... and is funny, because capcom, for example, dont have this S**t on their mega man x collections, but put one on mega man zero collection (and i think battle network collection too)... even worse! some people stated that capcom inserted denuvo on zero collection AFTER the release. that's insane.

The comments section is all the fuel Nintendo needs to keep going. All they have to do is watch Mr Sujano or one of the other steams and they know what's the current state of any project. Buying hardware or even downloading pirated games isn't a crime. Nintendo could sue you for the value of your downloaded copy at most, unless you seed torrents, in which case you are committing a crime.
