WHOLE CRUSHED CORIANDER - 1 TBS
WHOLE CRUSHED CUMIN - 1 TBS
CHILI FLAKES - 1 TBS
CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER - 1 TS
KASHMIRI CHILI POWDER - 1 TBS
SALT - 1 TBS (AS TASTE)
OIL - 1 CUP
CRUSHED GINGER - 2 TBS
CRUSHED GARLIC - 2 TBS
CILANTRO - AS NEEDED

Surely, tinned tomatoes are as good as fresh tomatoes?

I’ve used both. The tinned tomatoes tend to be too strong in flavour and overwhelm the spices and other flavours.
