ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBS
ROASTED CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 TB
KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER - 1 TBS
KASURI METHI - ¼ TS
SALT - 1 ½ TS (AS NEEDED)
OIL - 6 TBS (AS NEEDED)
GARAM MASALA - ½ TS
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TS
CILANTRO - AS NEEDED
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 TBS
GINGER - 2"

GREEN CARDAMOM - 3
BLACK CARDAMOM - 1
CLOVES - 4
PEPPERCORN - 10
DRY RED CHILLI - 2
