The problem is many of the current judges sitting on the Supreme Court CAN’T be trusted, I mean they wouldn’t even consider handling the rigged presidential election, we have too many SPINELESS judges!! @Investigative Audit I agree with what you said in terms of her decisions, however as an Atheist myself I can tell you that 97% of “non-believers” wouldn’t pretend to be a believer even if it meant getting a particular position. She clearly stated several times that she herself as well as her family are “people of faith”. In fact the only time I’ve ever known anyone who was an actual Atheist to lie was when I was in basic training and two troops didn’t want to have to stay with me and be punished by being forced to clean the barracks while everyone else got to go and fall asleep in the church pews. So they pretended they were believers and went to church. In my opinion they weren’t real Atheists and just tried to tell me they were so I wouldn’t feel alone, which I couldn’t have cared less about because I know there aren’t many Atheists in our country. However many of the ones I know today I met while serving in the military! Including a couple I met while “playing the sandbox” on a couple different trips there. I used to believe the myth “there are no Atheists in foxholes” until I found out just how untrue that statement is, apparently no one told Jesse Ventura (a Navy Seal, and Atheist as well as a pro wrestler lol) or my personal hero Pat Tillman! I like him joined because of 9/11 and since I was born and raised in Boston I knew people who lost loved ones in those attacks including my high school principle. Anyways sorry for the rant I just wanted to clarify what you said.

The constitution CLEARLY states that Congress shall make NO LAW that infringes on the free right to gather and worship.
What the Constitution states and what these inept/corrupt people do are entirely different, the rate they are allowed to operate we won't even remember how this country was in two years.
These are not laws of congress. They are “mandates” by governors and the like.
That's why Congress is not making any of these laws, they are passed by executive mandate. Basically the equivalent of a dictator handing out the rules.

How does that make her an activist? She is 100% required to follow precedent. Going against precedent could point to her being an activist.

In point of fact, the 9th circuit is the court that controls in the region in which she rendered her decision. The Appeals Courts stand above the court she was ruling from; therefore their opinions do in fact control what she is supposed to do, until and unless a higher court (in this case only the Supreme Court) rules otherwise.
I don't disagree with your assessment of her character. I think she's an activist too, and has no place being confirmed. I'm just pointing out that her 'quoting the 9th circuit precedent' does not tell us anything at all about her, since that's what she's required to do at her level.
