college is trash for most professions, experience is king. get into stuff while you are young and do it all of the time, have passion and curiosity... you will become someone who "sets the meta".

AI is way too new to make these decisions right off. The best way to research this is to have human Hr filter the resumes and make a decision on the top 3 to interview and then AI. See how close they match and why the differences. BTW, does the robot do actual interviews before its final decision? How does AI know what's true and false on a resume or a person's responses in an interview?
