Immediately after listening to the episode I answered the war crime question with “shooting a paratrooper before he landed” but it turns out that was always allowed but it’s “shooting a pilot that ejected from an aircraft in distress.”
I always thought paratroopers were OP because if their jump was spotted it was “illegal” to shoot them and they get a chance to fight back or surrender first.
