Hey I just ate a bunch of lead, and now I can understand the "love is a verb" thing. I think it's a way of saying actions speak louder than words. Like your love has to be an active thing you do. I hate that I am attempting to understand this.

Ok my theory on "If your love ain't a verb" is he meant "your love should be writING or runnING ("verbs") - not Becky or Jessica (nouns)".
Actually, those words are gerunds, a class of nouns, but I'm assuming he doesn't know that. And it makes sense as a "dudebro" kind of mindset.
You can use love as a verb or a noun ("I love her" vs. "she's the love of my life" or "come here, love".) If you use it as a noun, it "shows" you're not actively loving someone / something, just passively basking in the claim that you love them. Love should be shown through action (verbs) and not be a passive thing you have but don't do anything about. You know the song Always On My Mind (famous versions by Elvis Presley and Pet Shop Boys)? I guess that's "love as a noun" problem.
The way Quora answer puts it is very "phrases pinned in a divorced person's cubicle"

If the constants that govern electricity were different in the year 850 or whatever then I’m pretty sure that human evolution would’ve been interrupted by all matter in the universe disintegrating. I mean, atoms are held together by electromagnetism. The atoms in molecules are bonded by electromagnetism. Light is electromagnetism (which means the speed limit of causality & the relativity of time & other very fundamental aspects of reality are also all tied together by electromagnetism- the speed of light)… So it’s not like it’s this ephemeral thing, like pizza, the DNC, DeviantArt furry subculture, or podcasts. If you turned the dial on its speed, or its strength as a force, that alone could mean that atoms might no longer be able to bond together into molecules, which would mean a completely amorphous cosmos consisting of energy & spacetime, perhaps a hot plasma soup like in the early universe, but (depending on how much more energetic electricity was changed to be) the particles might never recombine [after all, electricity is just electrons flowing, so if they were too prone to rapid, continuous motion then they might not be slowed down enough to cuddle up on protons, & what a sad universe that would be], or form the heavier atoms, certainly not molecules, so no life (at least not the baryonic matter derived physical life we’re familiar with- maybe spirits, or crazy ethereal beings evolving from topological flaws in spacetime that could live inside stars, like they talked about on that one episode of PBS Spacetime [it’s a good one] or some shit)… But suffice it to say, the balance between the fundamental forces & constants is very delicate, & any change to one, be it electricity, the strong/weak nuclear forces, gravity, chi/qi, star power/charisma, magick, AmeriKKKan exceptionalism, inflation, deflation, insufflation, diarrhea, word salad, or ectoplasm energy, could change the entire nature of our reality in ways one can only comprehend on whatever novel psychedelic research chemicals got Matt Christman into Gnosticism.

"if your love ain't a verb" means that love should be rooted in actions rather than feelings i think. but also speaking is a verb and usually the idea is related to "actions > words" so it's not a great way to say that lol
