Try cooking the vegetables from the harder to the softer. First add the carrots and the onion after the garlic of course but don't let it burn and after these add the mushrooms and other things
One of My favorite foods is Udon. Udon is a white noodle made from wheat flour. It is thick and soft. We can make noise when eating these noodles. Slurping when we eat hot Udon helps prevent us from burning our tongue
i had something similar to this at an Asian buffet and i fell in LOVE! I get me a bowl everytime i go there! Now thanks to you I can make it at home
Hope you like this recipe as much as you like the one at the Asian buffet. :)
YES, it looks fantastic. I like that you used oyster sauce, the secret weapon ❤️
Ohh! This is one of the finest recipes i have ever tried. It is so easy, quick and awsome. I make it once every week and impress my friends.
I would request you to please such quick and easy recipes, its such a blessing for us people with busy lifestyles.
Btw you are amazing :)
You have many friends
I like the way you slowed down the camera to show the noodles going into the bowl. That looked great.
Finally the first video with wok hei. The noodles are in the pan first. I've seen like 5 videos of people just tossing soggy noodles in cabbavd
I love that the beat drop synced with the onion falling on the plate
Just finished making this, and might I say, it’s literally better than my local restaurant’s yakiudon! Thank you for this, so quick and easy :)
For real ? I will put this on my menu next week!
It was delicious! I put the umami/Boemboe/sauce on the Udon and i put it in the fridge for 3 hours. The flavor of the sauce was all into the Udon! And I added some home made chili oil because I like spicy but awesome recipe! Thank you!
Absolutely love this .. mouthwatering
Thanks a lot Zubda!
been trying this. sooo goooood! even my husband couldnt stop eat the noodles. btw i changed udon with fish noodles, mirin, and pork instead of shrimp. thanks for the recipe!
This is the exact recipe i was looking for. 🙏 😊

My sushi restaurant chef (Korean guy) tops with bonito flakes. Delicious.

Is this correct? Bec it didnt look like a tsp in the video
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce NOT regular one
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
⅓ tsp freshly crushed black pepper
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
pinch salt
Yes that is correct.
Délicieux 😋
Loved the recipe 😍✌🏻
Thank you so much!
Nice ❤️
WOW by Italy
I’m so hungry now
Hi, what can be substituted for dark soy sauce? Looks delicious!
You can use the regular/light soy sauce. It won't impart that deep brown colour to the noodles though.
YUM
Kann man für das Rezept auch die normalen Asiatischen Nudeln nehmen? Oder wird es dann nicht so gut schmecken?
dayum
Those knife skills lol
Please what is the name of this track? i cant find it.
Wouldn't it be better to add the minced garlic after the onions and carrots and not to get it burnt?
Hi, yes I agree! I accidentally added the garlic first.
Can we use store bought teriyaki sauce and get a similar flavour?
Hello,
You are an inspiration for many people.
Question can I use any vinegar instead of rice vinegar?
And noodles if you can explain bit because I need to find out these one. Sorry for my questions :)
Thank you Erum! Yes you can use vinegar. And please see this post for more info on udon noodles:

Hi! What should I add to make it spicy? Is there a spicy sauce or should I just use red pepper. Thanks!
You can add sriracha sauce or red pepper. Whichever you prefer!
I added a little bit of chili oil. You could also try adding just a tiny amount of chili paste depending on the level of spice you enjoy
PRO ON POINT 🔥🔥🔥😱
THANK YOUUU!
Is the sugar really necessary or can i omit?
Can I make this without using the udon noodles i.e., using the normal noodles?
Sure you can! But it will taste different.
These noddles are not available in pakistan can i use apegetti instaet of that?
The texture won't be the same but you can use spaghetti.
Ingredients?
mine was very bitter... did I do something wrong?
Did you forget the sugar? Forget to devein the shrimp, lol?
Good video, strange music choice
Song?
Don‘t put the garlic in first… it‘s the last ingredient. When garlic is long in a hot pan it just burns and the taste is gone
I came here to say this. Garlic should be added towards the end of cooking. Otherwise this recipe looks delicious 😋
I subscribed this channel 😲
Thanks! Means a lot!
Are udon noodles available in pakistan? If not, then can we use simple pasta noodles in this recipe?
Yes you will find udon noodles in the bigger grocery stores of Pak. You can definitely use simple pasta noodles too but the dish will taste different. Udon noodles have a texture of its own.
You can make udon noodles yourself too! It's hard to find them in Pakistan
Musstest du für Austernsauce zu einem Asiaten oder gibt es die auch bei den Asia sachen bei rewe wie die anderen die du im video bei dir hast?
Ich habe alles von Real Supermarkt gekauft.
@@chilitochoc perfekt danke dir 😄
Substitute for brown sugar? Thank you!
Use white sugar or honey.
@@chilitochoc thank you!!
Id it possible to replace the oyster sauce by something else ?
Try substituting with hoisin sauce.
@@chilitochoc ok I will try that... thank you 😊
Wow!!! I also have some videos about Beef Yakiudon. You'll definitely like it. :) :)
Please upload pasta recipes
I will post more pasta videos in the future. Meanwhile, you can check my website here www.chilitochoc.com/ . I have a lot of pasta/noodles recipes already.
Thank you for this delicious recipe. Can I use beef instead of shrimp with this recipe? What would be the change if I use beef? TIA
Yes you can! Season beef strips with some salt, pepper and soy sauce. Coat with a little bit of cornflour/cornstarch. Leave for 15 mins. And then flash fry on high heat. Remove from the pan. And toss in with the udon noodles at the end.
This is food porn right here 👆🏼😉 yummmmmm
The sauce taste almost like ketchup?
Give me One plate plzzz...
The music is tight
You shouldn't be doing stir fry in nonstick. Really destroys the coating and is toxic at high temps.
Yaki udon with zero japanese ingredient.
This is called stir fry shrimp noodle, not yaki udon
The way you use a knife makes me very nervous for your fingertips.
that shrimp is overcooked
When I see first 8 seconds I think it's insects or something like 😅
Lol I got that comment a couple of times on my Instagram 😂
@@chilitochoc yaa it's just looks like 😄 sorry
OMG! I'm going to make this tomorrow ! Thank you!
