Pregnancy Yoga for a Breech Baby

  • This sequence is aimed at mothers who would like to turn their breech baby, ideally practiced from 32 weeks of pregnancy. Please only practice this sequence if you are certain your baby is in a breech position. DO NOT PRACTICE THIS SEQUENCE IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

      Hi Cristina, I would recommend that this sequence is only done after 32 weeks when it has been confirmed that your baby is in a breech position.

    If baby weight is 3.5 kg in 36th week ...it can be done for turning cephalic position to breach baby

      This sequence is fine to do at 36th week and may help in turing baby from breech into an optimal cephalic position.

      Hello, This class is suitable for you to practice at 37 weeks if you have confirmation your baby is in the breech position.

      Hi. As long and mum and baby are healthy and there are no blood pressure issues, yes. If in doubt always ask your Dr though. Good luck x
