- This gentle sequence can help turn a breech position baby in the days and last weeks leading up to your due date.
The exercises work on releasing pelvic floor tension, allowing space for your baby in your pelvis so they can move freely, and letting go of any anxiety you may be feeling.

I’m too short to go to my elbows on the chair exercise.
That’s ok you can use something lower. Try a coffee table or even a wide stool to support your upper body xx

If your baby is already engaged it can harder, but it’s still safe to try at this stage 🙏
