I am sorry but I had very bad experience with this practice, my baby was head down and when I did these practices, the next day I had an ultrasound my baby was in breach position by the way I was 35 weeks pregnant that time. I thought maybe its not this practice its just me overthinking it then I kept doing these practices almost everyday and ended with back muscle problems and I was doing everything right. Well it didn't work for me at all. I switched to another CZcams channel and saw the exercise where you put your legs on the sofa and touch the ground that helped and my baby got back to the head down position.
