    Side note I heard Real Madrid had been tracking Jude for about a year before they signed him so they were scouting and following him for a good while before they offered him a official contract as for Carlo I think he is the best coach in the world right now considering Real Madrid have been decimated with injuries yet Real Madrid have won 95% of their games is pretty insane all the credit goes to him

      Absolutely right Roe, and still people don’t respect Ancelotti like some other coaches.

    There are two types of managers, those who fit players into their vision and those who create a vision with what is available and given. The second type of managers are rare and also the toughest to deal with. Carlo is just magic. He truly fits the frame of "silent but deadly".

    Most of the hyped managers spend most of their tenure trying to build teams around themselves while Ancelloti and the Madrid management place the continuity and long-term planning to infuse an inimitable Madrid DNA! A few years ago Madriid was bringing to the Bernabour the best players in the world! Today, the shift is bringing the most gifted youngsters to Madrid! The current squad is reflective of this change of direction! The power behind the scene is Pères while upfront is the cool Carlo!!!!

    Without our main goalkeeper, main centre back, in between Cama and Tchouaméni and also Vini got injured and missed lot of matches, in a position have to play right back Carvajal as a centre back alongside Tchouaméni who is defensive midfielders. without proper number 9, He finds out a perfect shape diamond to adjust. Out comes is seassion first Supercopa trophy, coceeded least amout of goals without proper defender, La Liga table topper and also Champions league. If this is not Don Carlos masterclass then what else??

    I think the reason why Pep is generally considered above carlo is cuz of his Charisma & most importantly his brand of football. Pep managed to build a legacy of strategy unlike other coaches. His teams like Barca & City is known for his brand of football. They had a identity. People call it pep's barca for a reason. He modified Tikitaka branch of football. he made Man city identity from ground. Carlo on the other hand has more success overall than Pep but he lacks that carlo "brand" of football image. His own style. There's no Carlo era unlike Sir alex & pep era.
    Thats why Carlo is really underrated. He is imo the best man manager & people say that oh he only can do that with great teams but look at this season. Despite so many injuries & without even a proper Striker He managed to top laliga & diminate UCL this year too.

    • @Footballledger

      I agree with you, i also think what pep did with Barca was not done before because he coming from youth team and dominating European football, no one expected that and thats why he is considered a great coach, but as you said Carlo never did that but his legacy as a top manager cant be matched

    What makes pep and klopp more memorable is winning with the same consistent style and tactics regardless of opponents. They had a certain philosophy and style that became a tactical phenomenon, feared and are unique to them. Ancelotti is a winner, not a stylist. His tactics and style changes with time and opponent, focusing primarily on winning by attcking his opponent weakenesses rather than with style. Pep is known for possession football with high pressing, Klopp is known for fast football with high pressing. Even mourinho is known for his defensive, fast counter attack style. Ancelotti is similar to Sir Alex Ferguson. Only diff is what made SAF famous was he stayed at Man Utd for a long time. Ancelotti, zidane all of this managers move alot and did not stayed long enough to build a lasting impression and legacy. Sure zizou won a treble of UCL but had he stayed longer, his legacy would have been cemented like SAF.

    He is not the man for the job. With so many talents in the squad, this coach relies only on about 14 players in the squad. No rotation nor given chances to others. No clear style of football. Look at how me makes the team so ordinary when playing against tougher opponents. All he knows is to defend like from start to finish like we are some low class team.

      Klopp! Alonso too can. All Ancelotti knows is to play a low block and let the opposition mount so much pressure on us. Firing shots hear and there towards our goal. By the time we realise some of the shots have entered. That's why we considered four against City last year. I have never heard klopp or guardiola talking about low block or mid block. All they know is to press higher up the pitch. Top teams press opponents or defend higher up the pitch now. So Ancelotti needs to change that idea else...

  • @its_master_Roshi_Fkrs
    @its_master_Roshi_Fkrs Před 2 měsíci +1

    Look ask any madrid socio or even florentino perez the coach they really want at helm of Madrid dressing room is pep guardiola. Perez even approached him many times even when Zidane took charge in 2016. Perez dream coach is pep guardiola they can't admit it publicly because it is humiliatibg for them ask a Catalan to manage the madrid club . Even Luis Enrique turned them down in favour Spain national team. Ancelotti is not the manager who could build a team. The only team he actually built was AC Milan 2005-2007 team. 2013/14 madrid team was built Mourinho , cheslea 2010 was actually morinho and guess hiddinks team, even the current madrid team was actually project started by Zidane. Real Madrid never had attractive style of football it's long ball counter and those last minute goals. There was never any elegance in the way they played . That's why kroos got pisses off at journalist in UCL 2022 celebrations when he asked him " many pundits said the team won because they were really lucky and Liverpool and city played much better than them in semi finals and finals . Kroos really got pissed off at that question.😂 Well madrid is a great not the kind of club that's plays a great football worth watching other than comebacks there's nothing much. 😂🤣

    • @iyiziraeli
      @iyiziraeli Před 2 měsíci +1

      agree, I personally would've loved Xabi Alonso because I think he can make us play attractive football like Leverkusen. like you said, Ancelloti plays counter, long balls and not flair football and I also think Xabi would be good at man managing the dressing room.

    • @Footballledger
      @Footballledger  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Wow, Perez did so much to get Guardiola 🤯 thats news to me. And yes i agree that Carlo don’t really have a style of football but I don’t think thats Real Madrid’s priority. Winning is important there and they can’t wait for a manager to build a project and that’s why i think Ancelotti is most suitable manager for them.

    • @Footballledger

      And don’t tell me City this year is wild!
