- These are the fluffiest pancakes you'll ever make that aren't Japanese souffle pancakes, and they take just minutes to make (perfect for Pancake Day breakfast!). If you like your pancakes thick and fluffy but still with a little bit of a bite, this is the recipe for you. They go well with both sweet and savoury toppings, too. You'll need:
🥞 120g self-raising flour
🥞 1 tsp baking powder
🥞 2 tbsp caster sugar
🥞 Pinch of salt
🥞 1 egg
🥞 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
🥞 130ml milk

Try adding baking soda aswell and some apple cider vinegar. It will become twice as fluffy.

1 cup of Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Unsalted Melted Butter
1/2 Cup of milk
Mix
Butter the pan
Place your pancake batter
Flip
Then Take your pancake from the pan
Now Enjoy

This must be wrong. You have written 1/2 cup of flour and on the video it says 120g so it must be 1 cup.

just tried making this, turned out well. i would recommend reducing the milk quantity to 110ml to get a thicker batter, and also let the batter sit for 15 minutes before cooking. but decent recipe 👍🏼

This is good! Having the self rising flour is key because this Walmart flour kept my pancakes 🥞 flat 🤦🏽♀️🤣 I had to add more flour to get a little rise
