I share a NO FAIL recipe for all. Souffle pancake is perfect for breakfast or brunch at the weekend.

Ingredients (4~5 pancakes)
3 Egg(small)
2Tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
45g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
3Tbsp Sugar
Cooking oil
Direction
In a bowl, separate the egg yolk and white
Add vanilla extract and milk into the yolk and mix it
Sift flour and baking powder and mix it until without lumps
Now, make the meringue
Add sugar in 3 times, whip until stiff peaks
Add the meringue into the batter and mix it gently
In low flame bake it for about 3 minutes and flip, repeat the process
Enjoy with fruits and maple syrup

Ok yours is the only one I've seen that doesnt look half raw when finished. I was starting to think they were meant to be raw in the middle cause it appears that way in some videos.

I actually love some pancake batter in the middle of my pancakes, I would mix sugar into the batter to make it sweeter then I would cook one side half way, add some batter to the middle then flip it and when it finished, there would be a nice little bit of batter when i bit into it. My old best friend's little brother loved them lol

I made these and it appeared raw but actually wasn’t!
You are suppose to steam the pancakes a little bit, and it should be cooked on low and medium heat throughout which why it actually takes longer than normal pancakes, I normally cook about 3 to 4 mins on each side
I decided to start a tradition last year for mothers day, i said to myself that i will make my mom pancakes for breakfast on mother's day, so this year i wanna spice it up a little, wish me luck! QwQ

@@lavorn6112 Goodluck to you as well! I actually failed in the merengue part, i thought that the consistency was already good so I mixed it with the other batter, and i think i didn't put enough flour HAHAHA but it turned out really soft so it was fine and my mom loved it regardless ^w^
It's either we succeed or learn from our mistakes! So don't worry, you'll still gain something even if you fail :3
:0 That’s nice to hear! I think mine didn’t turn out too bad but i didn’t make it thick enough when I cooked them. XD But just in case if your confused with the flour, I looked it up before and it’s 3/8 cup so I just did 1/4 and half of 1/4 cup. :)

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
45 Grams All Purpose Flour (or Cake Powder)
2 Tablespoons Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Tablespoons Sugar
Cooking Oil
Also use a bowl (Glass bowls are the best) that is not dirty when making meringue.

I tried 1/2 for my first batch and it was really doughy. For my first two batches it was too doughy and I had to add another egg and more milk.
