These GT500 cars are as fast as a privateer LMP1, it's insane.
Slower than LMP1 but they are around Hypercar pace on certain tracks.

I used to have that issue too but there are fitness and training things that get you over it.

I love the 2010-2013 cars. Its nice that they take this beast out to play again once in a while. I wonder do they come up with a separate cars for each season every year, or just do some modifications to it? Like i noticed there are two versions of the HSV for example, one with the single exhaust that sounds like formula 1 and another with the side exhaust.

The best ride along I've seen, Sam does a much better job at explaining the sensations of g-force than anyone I've seen. I have to wonder what are the secrets to that kind of cornering/braking? Is it all just aero development or is there some trickery going on with the suspension setup/tire development that other series (including fia prototypes) haven't caught up to yet?
Its both mechanical and aero.
Matsuda’s face the whole time was cracking me up! You can see his amused smile from under the helmet as he simply takes the car through its paces on a leisurely drive… meanwhile Sam is pissing himself with glee and excitement. 😂 I would make such a fool of myself, considering… 😅

I really hope, year after year, that there will some day be good news about a joint race between DTM and SuperGT. Especially now that Mercedes is leaving DTM, the Germans will need support to save their biggest touring car series.

Well, I think that twelve consecutive beeps when the rev limiter goes off, is an accurate way, altough not so fast for Sam to watch the mount Fuji in the confort of the cockpit.

Dustin Chen when they built this car Nissan built a V8 for it instead of using there V6
@@G.P_79 gt500 class haven't been using v8s for the last 10 years.
Gt500 are all powered by 2 litre 4 cylinder turbo engines but cars are full space framed chassis.
Gt300 class variants contains from v6, v8, v10 but they are not as quick as the gt500, but the mods are alot more restricted than the gt500.
