I know how hard it is to transform skinny fat physique.Initially in the first year of my training i bulked up and use to look like a teddy bear.So i decided to cut the fat first and it took me almost 10 to 12 months to cut that fat because i was not in hurry to loose fat.I used to stay at village so i didnt had access to a gym so i started practicing bodyweight exercises and a healthy testosterone boosting diet(remember most skinny fat guys have low testosterone levels)..once i got lean i started bulking and it took me 4 years to transform the skinny fat look

A genuine doubt...if optimum rep range for muscle building is 6-10, then how does 5x5 build muscles?.....Warm Regards 😃
All rep ranges can build muscle, some more than others for sure. But as you spend more n more time in a particular range, your body slows down responding. And starts to respond to those rep ranges better which are not considered good enough for muscle building. And this happens in all rep ranges.

But i want to say that if a person is on cutting diet and he needs 140 gm of protein and taking 50 gm of protein from supplement and if after some time when result start showing means he is maintaining his muscle mass then the Protein is original i can say ... And if he cannot maintain his muscle mass then the supplement is not correct....
