@@pillemannseinsohn i'm thinking to buy the same car: 135i E88 N55 DCT (DKG), what's your point about the car? Any big issues?

@@GmiguelPT I've driven mine now to 139.000 km...not one single issue.
There's always these comments about the N55 being an unreliable engine with it's high pressure pump and injectors but if you handle it with care, i don't see any reasons for not buying one.

@@pillemannseinsohn thank you for your support. Where are you from? Which fuel do you put on it? Fuel consumption? At least in Europe people talk about 98 RON for the health of high pressure fuel pump, but in the USA probably they run on 91 RON, and I’m confused about the right fuel, here I have available 95 RON and 98 RON

Hello, I own this car from a month ago with 70k kms, have you done some maintenance on the gearbox? Mine is a dct and I'm curious when it needs maintenance, thank you

Hey! Yes, at 120 k km I did a oil flush for the DCT. But I would not do it again. A simple oil change is better I think. BMW does not recommend a oil flush.

shift around 5200-5500, stock turbo too small, it starts to die out around those rpm.

This car doesn't show on the dashpanel the headlights is on?

No, 1 Series of this generation, doesn't show on the dash.
And I like it because there's no other color than orange in the dash. :)

    Shifting 1000rpm too late.

Honestly I was more focused on capturing the speedo, so there were at least one automatic shift.
But you're right, I should have shifted at around 6k rpm.
And yes, the DCT in 335i and 135i does shift up when reaching the rev limiter...for those who don't know. 😉

213.000 km on the clock and no breakdowns.
I replaced the control arms and steering arm in the front because of a shaky steering wheel.
      Engine and gearbox are fine.
