    Just back from vacay and missed CDorner!!! My daily fix! Dang, Girl! Chris, this was the BEST! Fast and felt so good! ...only messed up once (v's...knees?🤣)...kept me on my toes (har!)--no time to do my grocery list!😅🤣😊No one does it better than you Chris!     So much sweat and fun! This was perfect and definitely in a way, harder than advanced because for me anyway, I keep having to stop and rewind in advanced so as not to trip. By the way, Chris's tip on wearing a weight vest was interestingly endorsed by Dr Gupta on CNN as he was advised by his doctor to do so as a way to build a stronger spinal column. Chris knows her stuff ❤❤❤

    Holy moly this kicked my butt. Chris mentioned she wanted to see everybody’s burned calories were and I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be active calories or total so active was 151 and total was 195. Kicked my butt. Lol. But in a good way. By the way, I’m one of your vampires ❤️

    I loved this fast basic step. Just getting over a terrible flu so workouts were only a few times a week at best. So I have to work back up to where I was. Decades of step but sometimes the body gets sick. So don’t beat yourself up if you can’t go full force right away with 2 risers. Take it day by day. This was the first 30 minute step I got through in 2 weeks and I’m delighted!!!!! No achievement is too small to be a win!!!❤

    I am so excited! This was the first fast bpm workout I've been able to do. I've only been doing step for about 6 weeks and have done ALL of Chris's tutorials. Those really set me up with confidence. I was able to do this workout with very few missteps. This is exactly what I needed to prove that "yes, I can!" Doubters out there? Stick with it. Chris will guide you with gentleness while she is secretly kicking your a$$.

    Fast basic is great for getting steps in. I had an appointment earlier so my step count was way down today & this added over 3000 to mine.This is so much more fun than just walking around the house on a gloomy day. Thanks!

    I have only been doing step for about a year. 145 is the fastest I’ve ever done and I LOVED IT!! I totally had to just listen and move. Never mind thinking!! Again, Chris, something new that blew my mind!! Thank you again and again!! ❤️

    That was an awesome awesome fast basic step.i really really loved it so much.so much fun fun.i managed to keep up the moves and your choreography.it was so good today.i was quick on my feet today.i really love learning all the new moves and choreography.its so challenging .and a really great brain and feet workout.i worked so so hard.i gave it everything today.and I worked to my very very best .and I kept moving.it was so awesome fun fun .today.and a very challenging step workout.the music was so motivating.and jumping on another level.thank you so so much Chris.for an awesome fun step workout..you done an incredible awesome job today.chris.and thank you so much for the shout out as well.much appreciated.from daniel

    Loved this so much! Fun and sweaty! It was my first time doing step in 3-4 months. Remembered all the moves, loved the entire routine! ❤❤❤
    I mainly do strength and kickboxing now, so I’m happy I decided to complete this step class after arms and legs tonight! WOW!!! I’m a sweaty mess but feel good!
    I have a different cardio class tomorrow but I will definitely do the mobility and stretch class, since I missed doing one yesterday (I do it on Sundays mainly).

    Loved this speedy step class! I burned 255, but love that you’re calling out how much this varies - other days when I’ve been less energetic, a 30 min class may only burn 160-180!

    Fantastic! With keeping abs strong and even breathing I kept my heart rate and balance stable! So I made it strong through the whole routine with NO STOPPING , NO WATER and NO WHINING 😆 After workout feeling is amazing, thanks Chris 🤩

    That was so fun and sweaty! It is so humid in the Boston area today that I think I lost about 5 pounds in sweat 🥵 I burned 215 calories and spent 20 minutes of the workout in cardio zones 3 & 4.

    Wanted a little cardio burn before leg day and this was perfect. I was like Joyce and added my weighted vest. Another great fast basic cardio! Burned 218 active and 262 total. I am 160 pounds and 46 years old
