Have you presented your evidence??? Following the filing of evidence by both sides, the next stage is arguments, in which you will present written arguments and may also argue your claims verbally in front of the judges.
Every court follows the same steps of the proceedings and written statement is also the compulsory step. You can only argue when matter is on the stage of arguments.

@@nainam-15 Mam, I have an ongoing Consumer Case where the notice were issued to OP to file written statement by a date around 45 days from notice. On that day OP did not submit their written statement rather an advocate appeared on behalf of OP and asked for a copy of petition and he was given another date to file written statement 30 days later which was further extended by another 15 days as final extension when finally they submitted their written statement. Please clarify if this is proper. I understand that SC in one of their judgement have said that CC have no authority to provide an extension beyond 15 days after the 30 days i.e. total 45 days for written statement. Can I make it a point about this delay in my evidence?

State Commission m 2-3 hearing m hi appeal wale matter resolve ho jate h toh utna wait toh aapko krna padega.

Firstly you can file a complaint before State medical council apart from this there are provisions for monetary compensation under consumer protection act. Is it compulsory to give written answer of reply of case. Can we direct argue in court? Can a normal person pray for oral argument in the court?
Every court follows the same steps of the proceedings and written statement is also the compulsory step. You can only argue when matter is on the stage of arguments.

No problem, they have registered the case, and now the opposing party will submit the written statement (reply).
@@nainam-15 Mam, I have an ongoing Consumer Case where the notice were issued to OP to file written statement by a date around 45 days from notice. On that day OP did not submit their written statement rather an advocate appeared on behalf of OP and asked for a copy of petition and he was given another date to file written statement 30 days later which was further extended by another 15 days as final extension when finally they submitted their written statement. Please clarify if this is proper. I understand that SC in one of their judgement have said that CC have no authority to provide an extension beyond 15 days after the 30 days i.e. total 45 days for written statement. Can I make it a point about this delay in my evidence?

If your matter is ongoing in consumer court, then approach the consumer court, but you can also file RTI and get the copies from the public department.

Dekhiye district court k order se agar koi satisfy nhi h toh wo appeal to daal hi sakte h State Commission me ye right to sabko hota h par agar aapka matter strong h toh jaise district Commission se order aya h State Commission se bhi waisa hi order aayega aap tension mat lo aap apna case fight kro pure confidence k sath. State Commission m 2-3 hearing m hi appeal wale matter resolve ho jate h toh utna wait toh aapko krna padega.

Sir there are several ways to file a case but make sure you have all the proofs to justified your claims.
Firstly you can file a complaint before State medical council apart from this there are provisions for monetary compensation under consumer protection act. Moreover if you want to punish the guilty hospital or doctor you can also file a criminal case.
