- You do not need a lawyer to fight your consumer case. Whenever you feel that you have suffered as a consumer, you may simply follow the steps I outline here to get compensation.
You save a lot of money, but more importantly, you are able to rid yourself of the fear of courts and litigation, after understanding how easy it is to approach courts of law.

Can I file a case against my college? Couple of days before I attended my arrear exam in online and during the session I faced a technical glitch due to that I lost around 10-15 mins and the college given a set of instructions before the exam. In one of the instruction that they gave is “if we faced any hardware, software, Internet failures they give 15 mins beyond the session time" So my session time was 1hr + 10 mins. I can't able to complete my exam within that time frame due to the failure of my system. After that I expressed this problem to the invigilator where we are connected in Google meet, in the middle of me explaining this, she left the meeting without fully listening to me after the scheduled closing time of the examination. So now I'm not feeling confident about my attempt bcoz of this, if they gave me that specified time maybe I can able to properly Submit and complete the exam.
P.s - I'm in Tamilnadu, Madurai. Studying in a autonomous engineering college.
