main reason why people hesitate is the fees advocates charge once the case starts.. and general impression of lawyers is not good in these things .. they feel lawyers are only interested in prolonging the matters and making money out of their misery.. it will be good if you can make a video about what or how people should go about negotiating lawyers fee so that they get an idea as to what is cost=benefit analysis of starting court battle..

why did the police wait for 1 week in the first case and a month in the second case before approcahing the other side and calling them to the police station when the complaint was made on the same day? the injuries on the body had healed by them and it would be easier for the police to get a conviction or was the police bribed by the complainants such that they waited until the injuries had healed before calling them to the police station.

Sir, what if ,your girlfriend gives you suicide threat after you are breaking up with her and you have never been in any physical relation with her till date.... So please make a video that what should an innocent boy do before having such breakups as if she do so ,the boy will be in a serious trouble. In most cases girl do just for extortion of money and they don't commit suicide , but after getting such suicide threat boys become reckless , so what should be done if the girl is doing so only for shake of her benifit....
File a formal complaint about criminal intimidation. Also maybe talk to her friends and family about counselling her

Sir police was beeting me for no reason my 2 brother were fighting big brother hit small brother once and the rest of the fight was insulting each other it was not a physical fight we did not call the police.people in rent called the police that we were fighting.police took us to police station and was beeting us for no good reason.what should we do in this type of situation.

Real question is why didn't police take action when the first victim called them yet registered case for the second person? And I agree,that people should approach law to resolve any dispute instead getting in physical altercation and the law should help them too impartially.

Please make a video for people who feed stray dogs and get harassed by society members. Police are always reluctant to lodge a complaint and generally stand against the feeders. Dogs get thrown out of society and are poisoned and the society members even have the audacity to hurl abuses even in front of the policemen.
Kindly make a video explaining how such situations can be tackled.

People fighting themselves to solve their issues may end up in fast bleeding wounds. Where as courts and lawyers MOSTLY acclimatise, normalise, and paralyse parties into slow sip bleeding.

Police of this nation is most corrupted entity, law abiding peoples are the most suffering peoples in this country.
Gunde, badmash ka har wakht police se pala padta hai issi dauran idhar udhar ka reference deke unse dosti hoti hai aur jab koi sidha sada aadmi police station complaint karane ko jata hai tau complaint likhna dur ki baat , police hi uss badmash ko alert karte hai ki aisa aisa aadmi tere khilaf complaint karane aaya hai, idhar thane mein complaint tau nahi likhi jati, lekin wahi badmash jaake uss aadmi ki family ya property ko aur nuksaan pahuchata hai.

frankly, its not about just people scare to go to complain if something wrong happen with them, But its all about our system, first step police of our country not even know how to behave with people, And how to respond on different situation, last thing they are totally corrupt, they litterly dont know what excalty mean of justice or i would say they dont care, 2nd thing lawyer ,,,dont mind but most of the lawyer intention is just to take your money , they dont even care about people background, either he can pay that much amout or not. Work can done by fair charge but do you think any one do ? 3rd point is law system is totally sucked, you can google how much court cases are still pending, i am sure numbers would be more then crores , our court system take more then 1 year to solve one single case, its not justice its a business, once a person stuck in our so called justice system, its stuck for always. Their are some Exception but only for luckey people, but i am talking about majority people not luckey one.
Exception only for wealthy people , who can bribe with hefty amount to the respective peoples of justice system.
