I really appreciate Mark doing this series, because I feel like a lot of things (aerials, pole dancing, etc) are very much so looked down on, even though they require the same, if not more, effort and skill as other sports, in addition to being seen as like "girl sports", and Mark doing this really helps break that down

This video was partially responsible for me starting Aerial silks in the beginning of July of this year. Starting was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. Thanks for making a fool of yourself Mark.
But I kinda hate that there wasn't any padding under them. Never do silks without padding.
I actually, GENUINELY, hope Mark comes back to this and is getting into better shape. It seems really fun and this lady is really good at instructing him..he could even come back to this footage and be so proud of himself for getting better.
