    Maybe needs a larger utility connection, but seems hard to imagine for an existing run-of-the-mill office building. Alternatively, could be bad switchgear, faulty circuit breakers (larger ones are more complicated with computer logic and interconnected with others; nothing like home ones), voltage regulation issues, etc. Those other possibilities would often be on the building owner, which could explain the delay and repeated problems.

    Great Job PG&E $2B profit for shareholders but can’t fix existing infrastructure. Also, please make sure to raise rates for all of us. So thankful for the cancer that is PG&E.
