Even though we lost the grand final I still cry watching this. This is one of the greatest wins in Parramatta finals history

Cowboy's Fan here. I don't think the forward pass made much difference as when The Cows were up 8 points they should have put the game to bed. So now I wish The Eels the best of luck in smashing the arrogant Panthers!
Everyones talking about the forward pass but no ones talking about the 2 soft tries besides the posts to RCG, or the fact the cows scored after a knock on that the refs also missed
The neutral’s aren’t complaining they saw the try cancelled out on each other. The Cows fans are the ones refuting any cancellations on their end. Every game we see try’s given that aren’t and try’s not given that are. I’d be upset too but they can’t deny that the cows didn’t play to their potential at home in a semi…except J.T he was huge.

Or the holding in to Moses when he was trying to get back in the defensive line, which a try came from for NQ… or the penalty parra didn’t get after Talmalolou’s high shot

People getting upset over the forward passes, yet same people are forgetting that the same things have happened to the Eels in past qualifying finals games. I remember 1 time it lead to a match winning try against Storm that got storm into the GF. That's just 1 example. So I think the universe works in mysterious ways!!

@@Billygoatsgrruff not a victim problem mate just the truth. Cows get lucky in one game that didnt even matter (tigers still woulda got wooden spoon, we woulda still been in the finals) so in return we get robbed of a GF

Parramatta's first try! So much for professional interpretation of the play! Obvious forward pass. Never mind - better team for the experience - character building and a lesson for the young players with big ambitions.
The gf was always scripted to be eels Penrith even if they called it forward refs would’ve somehow gifted eels points

Not saying we lost. Not saying we would have won. To change the decision so early in the game cannot guarantee a different result. If this had occurred late in the game there would have been greater outrage.I'm saying the performance of the officials left a lot to be desired
The cowboys lost because of chad Townsend. He let in 2 very soft tries with pathetic defensive reads and his kicking game was completely ridiculous. Not one attacking kick , not one repeat set not one kick into touch to slow game down and every clearing kick just lobbed up to the 10 or 20 metre line for parras back 3 to charge straight back onto the attack. He was our best all year but he was a massive choke in this game . If I see him in the street I’m gonna punt kick him in the nuts to show him how to put one into touch

Forward pass blunder aside Grant Atkins is probably the best ref that lets the game flow in the game, unlike Klein who has a fetish for penalties

Okay Gary what would be your ideal GF?, I'm with Richard on this one. The reason for that is Penrith would have decimated any other contenders. Parramatta is the only team this season that can threaten Penrith's chance, regardless of who you( can't stand ) it's going to be a more entertaining ending to an awesome year of footy. My opinion with reason. 👍
