- It's time for my much awaited craft room/art studio tour!! I have been so lucky in our current house to have a large room to set up in. Most of my furniture and organisation solutions are from Ikea (my favourite storage store). I have had at least six different craft room set ups in just the last few years, so I have tried and tested a wide range of organisational strategies to figure out what works best for my supplies and creative process.
I have a very lengthy video over on my Patreon setting up this craft room, including designing my custom desk, an Ikea vlog, desk build and more:

Love you Adele! Thanks for the peek at your craft room! Can't believe you guys are moving again, but looking forward to seeing you at your new place!
Thanks Adele, lots of organising inspiration here. Love all your videos. Your ‘voice over’ is so lovely to listen to.
Prayers to you and your move you sound really calm about it. Can't wait to see the new set up.
Can’t wait to see the new one!
Omg, I can't imagine packing up my craft room. You should be a pro by know, I've lost count how many times you've all moved!! I hope you can get EVERYTHING YOU HAVE OUR OF BOXES!! FINALLY!!
Congratulations on the new baby!! I love your craft room- I hope your new house has nice natural light as well!!
Love ur space😍So organized!! I'm a thicker addict and fairly new to paper crafting. Just over a year now so I'm Still building my crafty stash items🤗Ty for the Inspiration as I just got a craft room and setting it up and storage ideas helps so much!! God bless
AHHH watching this has got me so excited to get moved into my new apartment so I can get my craft room all set up. Will definitely be getting plenty of stuff from IKEA to get it all organized.
Thanks for the tour! My art studio is always a work in progress, I change gears often and find a lot of enjoyment out of trying new ways to sort my stash. :)
I hear you on all the ephemera and how to usefully store it! I've found it helpful to cull a bunch of mine and donate it to a school, then the rest as I come across it, I put it in a couple of bins, depending on whether it's better suited for the smaller sized one or a larger one. I still have too much ephemera for the containers I've designated for it, but have had good fun blitzing through parts of my ephemera stash by making some art journal layouts, tags, and cards with the same theme of ephemera. While I've got all the stuff and colours out to work with it anyways, I try to meaningfully consume as much of it as possible at the same time, as that's *loads* easier than trying to figure out how to store or organise it! :)
As I've progressively lost vision, it's become easier for me to cull or use a product in my art studio, as 'someday' now means a day when I'm not certain how much useable sight I will have left. Some pursuits no longer make sense (i.e. fancy hand lettering), while others take so much effort and focus that it's easier for me to see the things I truly enjoy vs the things I thought I 'ought' to try my hand at as an artist. I still do challenge myself, while adjusting my expeectations as best I can to my vision limitations.
Thanks again for this fun and helpful video! Sorry to hear you have had to move on quite short notice, that can't be all that fun, but you are handling it like a champ!
Adele, always love watching your craft room tours! :-)
Great craft room tour. TFS. 💜💜💜
You are just so amazing and positive with all the moves you’ve made with a smile on your face. I hope your move goes smoothly :)
Nice room, I couldn't imagine having to pack up my scraproom.
For my ephemera packs I had them in one of those iris containers with the 4x6 containers in it but found I wasn't using them.
I went to putting them the small avery elle stamp pockets. I put a piece of white CS cut to fit the back of pocket snd behind it I put the packing legend. I store them in a IKEA variera bin and like it much better!
Good luck with your move!
Ikea is supposed to be finally coming to NZ soon! Yay maybe my craft space can look this cool!
Oh wow, I found an Aussie craft you tuber! & local! I’m on Central Coast! ❤️🇦🇺
Omg! I've been watching you for years & I never knew you did Warhammer?! My husband & his friends are huge into Warhammer.
I love watching your craft room tours! I would HATE to have to pack up your craft room, you have so much stuff.
Been following for a while now..but hadn't seen this craft room..I remember you crafting on a table somewhere before babies... which just goes to show you don't need it all to craft but it sure is nice 😬 enjoy the move..
Super !!!!!!!!!!! ))
Oh my goodness you need to move again?!?! Thanks for sharing the tour!
I have paper stored by collection, I wish I had the strength the color code like you. I would be terrified I would dislike it and have to collect it all up again lol
I love the way that you organize your space! I’ve been looking for those 6x12 sleeves to sort my thickers!
I don't know where you live the but I buy Flat Open Clear Plastic Poly Bags, 6 Mil, 6" x 12", Pack of 100 for my Thickers on Amazon/US
@@dianebarnes484 OMG! Thank you So much for posting what those bags are. I've looked everywhere! With Becky Higgins 6x12 page protector gone, these will be awesome!
Adele I love your videos, you are SO creative and fun to watch! May I ask why you have to move so often? I feel bad for you, it would be very stressful to have to move so much--especially with two little ones☹️
I'm going to miss that house.
Woop!
I like standing to scrap most of the time. I'm sure you'll miss those beautiful windows. Good luck on your move. I'm not up to date on my Patreon account so you may already may be done moving.
Wow! Do you stand when you scrap? The desk looks tall
What are those plastic folder things you put alpha stickers in? And where did you get them!
Question-the bags your alpha stickers are in- what are they/ where can I find??
Will you ever post any more Mr. and Mrs. Rad?
Adel, what ate the deep draws, the ones with your mixed media? R they ikea furniture? If so whats the name? Thanks
Where are you moving to?
miss Mr and Mrs Rad
Jealous about all the storage containers you've got, not jealous about you having to pack all that. Good luck.
By the way, why are you having to move so sudden?
