- Woop woop!! Time for a craft room tour! These are some of my favourite videos to watch on CZcams and I hope you enjoy this room update! Since the last tour I have completely changed my desks to a custom Ikea creation, which has lead to a complete reorganisation of my mixed media supplies (including paints, stencils, stamps, inks, mediums etc).

The main pieces for the desk that I used (from Ikea) ALEX drawer units, LINNMON table tops, OLOV desk legs and SLAKT drawers.

Always good to see how you sort out your craft supplies AND to think this has to be done again for the new baby and yet again when you move. Supermum!!!!! I honestly don't know how you do it and continue to inspire us with your videos. Have you made any videos on the junk journals you have made?
I am so sick of changing craft rooms at the moment! 😂 Twice in six months has been two times too many haha! I’ve almost made my new craft room useable, can’t wait to get in there this week. I don’t have any videos on how the junk journals are made yet, but I have lots of process videos using them.

Lockdown in Canberra 🇦🇺 too! I have three craft rooms....family room, dining room and my craft room. My craft room is an abyss, Kaszazz and StampinUp! Packing my Kaszazz up to take down the coast to my friend in Dalmeny, the plan was to go down after the fires, but now we’re waiting until after Covid 19 packs up and leaves. I’m in the midst of rearranging everything 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

I love love love those deep drawers! I’m moving soon and I’m definitely going to incorporate those into my new craft room. Keeps everything from looking too cluttered, but it’s still at arm’s reach when I need it. Can’t wait to see how you set up your new place. Hope you and the rad fam are well in this crazy time.
The deep drawers have been a real game changer, especially for my mixed media! The new craft room is slowly coming together, I’ve changed my desk to a normal sitting desk now due to some ongoing back pain. I thought I was going to have to lose the big drawers (😫) but I managed to squeeze them in thank goodness! We’re doing well over here amidst all the craziness at the moment, hope you are too! ❤️

Yes! So many tours are like fancy kitchens...beautiful, but you can tell they never actually get used. This is an actual working artist's studio! TFS!

Being on Lockdown at home I am getting into my Craftroom. I started today and the plan is to be at least 80% complete by the end of 2 weeks.

How far out do those SLAKT drawers come? And would you be able to store something A5, upright in them? I'm thinking of my Studio Calico stamps and they're huge
I just measured them and you could just fit something 22cm high, A4 would be 21cm high so as long as they didn’t have high extra packaging they would probably fit! Just! 😊

Do you have any recommendations for similar journals to those Jane Davenport ones? I have used one of those in the past and really liked it but I just found it kind of expensive do you know if any cheaper options?
Dyan Reavely from Dylusion has Dyalog which I think is cheaper. Or just make your own, there's plenty of videos of that on CZcams, just search for diy midori/traveler's notebook cover.
I haven’t found any similar to the Jane Davenport ones yet! Aaron has bought a few to test out but hasn’t had a chance to yet. They Dylusions ones I find quite different, paper wise. They’re a lot smoother and creamier in colour. The Dina Wakley journals have a different note cottony type of white paper. If I ever find something similar I’ll let you know!
