So sorry to hear about your dad. Mine passed a few years ago but lots of camping and traveling memories with him. I’m sure that’s where I got my wanderlust.
I feel the same way! We weren't RVers, but my Dad was always talking us for day trips. He would say "Let's go for a ride" and we would just see where we ended up. I think I owe the enjoyment of visiting new places and the freedom of the road in part to him. So glad you have great memories from your Dad too!

We have also stayed at Gehring Nebraska and agree with you 100% they were very accommodating and the amenities were great including a huge dog run area! The View of the bluff was quite nice.
Sorry about your dad. Lovely photo at the end! Both areas look amazing! Our trailer is little and we don't need hookups, so we pick totally different styles of campgrounds than you do BUT I still rea;lly enjoy seeing what you come up with ~ it's all good and beautiful!

I’m so sorry about your losing your dad. We just passed the one year mark from my dads passing. It’s hard, I’m glad you were able to be home awhile and spend time with family.
