Had a Datsun 210 wagon in high school. Loved the car. Sold it to a college bound person just before I left for the Air Force after graduating. Brings back some good memories. Love the commentary on the Sweet Patina products, but they seem to work well for your application.

I was told you have to eat a bushel of dirt to get a healthy immune system when I was about two. I am 75 and still going strong. My dad was a welder and mechanic long ago I use to love to watch him work. You remind me of my dad

I always loved those old Datsuns . My old man had a 74 b 210 called " rainbow". It was into a roll over
And had different colored parts. It was the car i learned to drive stick. I have a Volvo 240 wagon with a supra 7 mgte 5 speed swap and love every second of it. Still gotta fine tune the vibrating driveshaft and other things. The lighted Datsun headlight switch was my inspiration to do a Toyota lighted switch in the volvo.thanks for the fun and good memories!!!!

I sure know what your talking about on the B-52 washes. I was on the B-52's at Barksdale AFB on the reserve side for 20 years, so I have done my share of washes. We never had a power washer fire but I can see how funny that would have been. Thanks for your serve! Air Force strong!

When I was in middle school, the family car was a 77 710 sedan. It ran like a top and never gave us any trouble except for the camber recall. Even went with my dad and sister from Texas to Utah in it.

I once had a 79 Datsun B210 wagon. I bought it for $250. It would only run about 50mph. I delivered pizza in it one day and the throttle cable broke so I sawed a broomhandle to some tomato string and tied it through the vent glass of the driver side and down through the backside of the hood and to the carb for a hand throttle,lol. That and a 11inch steering wheel made it so much fun ta drive.

I learned something, that you're more of a detailer than I'll ever be lol... I mean, I did go over some alloy wheels with soap & water last week but that was only because they were getting paint next. Everything else wears it's working clothes and battle scars with pride (and laziness haha)

She sure cleaned up nice for how it had looked when you got it. I enjoy watching years of grime melt off when blasted with 3000 pounds of water pressure. It's a satisfying feeling. The lizard skin hood gives it character too. If you weren't so far away I would come over there and make you an offer just as she is sitting right now, and with a half full bottle of Patina Sauce and a remote starter switch sitting on the passenger seat as added bonuses too of course.
