Great tips! I just found out today that I was accepted into the Cardiovascular Ultrasound program near me and I'm so excited! I find it helpful to hear about other student's experiences and strategies, so thank you for sharing. :-)

This really helped! I am currently in a DMS program but I am having some trouble. What tips can you offer that help you connect all the information? I feel I understand the information and then I test, and don't do so well :(
Hi Carla I know how you feel. In the beginning it can be like that but I would say try and link certain concepts to something you already know which will make you recall the information better. When you think of that thing you'll remember what concept you attached to it. Also summarizing what you read and rewriting it in your own words. Then repetition for sure works, so start studying way ahead of time. This is what helped me. It's a lot of information so it can get really stressful to just try and memorize everything. Hope this helps !
Is there a lot of math in physics ?im terrible at math but I want to be a ultrasound tech
Not much math and the physics is for the machine- relating to the images on the screen, not the physics we are all used to in high school/college so don't let that stop you from pursuing the career.
