Here's my total body strength training gym routine which targets all the major muscles, your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and core. Working on your entire body is key to build strength and to lose weight.
Do these exercises 2 - 3 times weekly. Don't forget to also fit in your HIIT and cardio workout.

I did this today, it’s such a great workout! I usually do strength training 4 times a week but due to my exams, I just could hit the gym 2-3 times, and this is perfect, what I neeededdd!

I just signed up for the gym and am in need of a routine like this.
No gym people provide routine to the pt members,although clients had asked them to provide over a month. Knowledge is everywhere these days,it was only for convenience.What a worldwide known secret!😂Those who make the clients beg for the routine chart,but eventually never hand it over would never ever be able to build their "kingdom" in the region😢

thank you.I have done it today,it feels so different from usual all body training I do for 20 years.Finally something new.I really had a difficult time to find out what to do in all body training.Its always the same structure,so boring.With splits is easier,but is not good for me anymore as I dont come to gym very regular.

My 30-something my daughter is about to go to the gym with her husband and follow him around with the machine works. I was looking for a timing on each machine for her. Because men and women's bodies are a bit different. So to add to this that would be awesome for this video. But I shared this with her perfect thank you.

I reached a plateau as well! I figured its time to start doing HIIT workouts and mix it with strength training. I can feel that i am starting to lose weight. Don’t give up. What kind of exercises were u doing uptil now?

I'd love to know how you organize your strength routine during the week; do you do a upper body split or work on more specific parts? Also if you add HIIT in your routine do you do it in the same session as strenght training or is it on another day? I'm curious about strenght training but have no idea how to organize myself ^^
