They could end up having a class action lawsuit as what they offered when ppl initially bought tickets they've now omitted with no refunds after May 9.

I think most people who are still watching them are children, we can't blame children, they don't know any better.
Also, I think many of their subscribers are just subscibers, not fans who watch their videos regularly. For example for their first year on CZcams I used to watch their videos. Soon one by one the red flags started to come up. I stopped watching their channel and started watching other channels. They just somehow faded out of my life and I forgot to unsubscribe (I didn't have the notification feature for their channel on, so I never got notificationa and I just forgot about them). It wasn't until a year after I last watched one of their videos, I realized I was still subscribed, as soon as I noticed I unsubcrubed. I think many people are in the same situation, they just don't remember they are subscibed.
Also, I heard somewhere they buy fake robot subscibers, fake robot conment and likes and fake views, so they look better and so it looks like their fans are showing them support.
Just the adults, for me.
They know their events will be a hot mess. Also, I hope they have medical staff at the festival. It’s in Palmdale and that place is like a desert. It gets very hot in July. This will not end well
I have high doubts they will have the adequate medical care needed but I really really really hope they do

So far they've dropped "Disneyland meets Coachella " the free wildlife & the live performances from acefest.
Can bet Disney sent them a Cease and Desist letter by registered mail. They don't play around. Coachella likely did as well. They removed that early on. Most ppl figured they weren't paying anyone for live performance or wildlife. They're so full of shit.
I hate to even bring up tana in a good light but I think we can all agree that tana-con was a huge disaster. But she never went on to do it again. Now image if she would deny everything that went wrong, and then go on to create tana-con 2. Bc that’s basically what these guys are doing lol

I have no idea who any of those fighters are, maybe it's because I'm 32 but the only reason I know who the ace family are is because of you and its been hilarious following your videos on them 😂

I think majority of their audience is REALLY young children and parents who purchase what their kids want without doing research.

They are insane. They have no grasp on reality. She really seems to think the "hate comes when they do events" because they're them alone. That the events were all great but people were just hating on them.
I don't know if it's 1. She's lying because she knows it's going to be shit 2. They've never done a NOT bad event so they don't understand if your event doesn't suck people won't be mad or 3. She's so far deluded she thinks thier events/they in general are great people.
When she tells people "don't get any information except for from us" in so many words I think she said "don't click on anyone else's videos" that's a cult tactic, information control. I'm not accusing them of running a cult or anything of the like but I don't think they might get tips from the same sources on how to manipulate people and situations. They want a fan base that listens only to them about them.
Thankfully they seem limited to "just" scamming their fans but when you get a fan base that's very devoted and have no information it can also get dangerous (fans doxing critics, people saying they'd die for whatever person, people listening to toxic ideas)
I still don't understand how they have fans. I have never watched a full video by them other than ones covered in videos like this. Family channels aren't my thing not because of the controversy behind people not agreeing with them, they just aren't made for a childless, asexual 38 years old.
I have seen one or two family type channels that I've liked but they tend to be a blend of the adults lives, situations and such mixed with some videos about thier kids.

The sad part is- that performance could have done incredibly well, it was just horrifically organized.
1. There was no security as far as having a team stop it from being streamed online. Wouldn’t be shocked if there were more people watching it “illegally” versus legally. In fact, from what I’ve seen people were able to stream the entire fight without it being interrupted.
2. Essentially there was no real advertisement. Didn’t see any Sort of advertisement anywhere except the fighters and commentary/tea channels talking about it. That’s not enough to throw a profitable event, especially since they are offering to pay the fighters as much as they were. Plus the insurances/liability, and paying all employees behind the scenes.
That show was destined to fail and Austin was fully aware of this.
IMO Austin did this all intentionally to keep as much “profit” as possible. Him and Dolores are actually living in a state of delusion and or pathological liars. Personally, I think they’re both. They think if they don’t say it, the thing doesn’t exist when that’s not true.
His wife state she constantly take Psychedelic so she is high 24/7 all the time.and she have kids so yeah not a good look.
I saw a comment on another channel about the way Austin looks at Catherine when she talks that I'll paraphrase. He has 3 modes he cycles through repeatedly - a dead eyed stare, creepy af smile and nodding along to all her lies like the dog in the Churchill ads :') (sorry to non brits if you don't get the reference).

From what I've seen in past experience, people will use "impressions" numbers to try and appeal to potential advertisers and/or sponsors (bc those numbers really don't matter to the average viewer, naturally), but eyes on a thing/event are never enough of a sell for an advertiser or sponsor; the biggest problem was the implication that with combined follower numbers in the multimillions, they'd get an almost guaranteed return on investment and a huge amount of those eyes willing to pay to tune in to see (and presumably lend support to) their favorite creator(s). It's a false inflation they hope goes under the radar but many companies and the people that work for them can see through this - doesn't it say everything it needs to that the majority of the fighters still haven't seen a dime from event #1 and yet they're talking about putting on another one? LOL. SG2 will go the way of Ace Familyfest unless someone that ISN'T Austin (and is actually trustworthy) steps in to be the main face/backer/producer of it.
Madcatser said they've already come out and said some of the promised events aren't happening for Ace Fest.
I get the impression that she just regurgitated what Austin had said to her, he is manipulative, she is just delusional. Both of them need a reality check tho and quite quickly.
The Ace Family Fest website looks even more like a scam now than it initially did. It looks like a website made by some kids who had to plan an event for a school project. I really don’t know why they’re bothering to have this festival. It would’ve made far more sense to have hired out an already existing venue (like a water park or a trampoline park) that has all of the things they would need to be legally compliant and have a meet and greet there. Building their own festival from scratch and actually making it worth the money is going to be impossible; something they seem to already know.
What they said is soooo sus and I definitely think it has to do with Acefest.
The fact they've got a "no refund" policy is a big indicator of what's going to happen.
Who even bought tickets anyway? Who are their fans?
i hope the kids grow up and see what’s happening and refuse to film because then they wouldn’t have any videos to film 💀😭 there’s only a couple of ok family channels and most of them are british ones where u can tell the kids aren’t uncomfortable and there’s no red thumbnails with illnesses and stuff in the titles

It’s sad because I’m sure if they just put up a proper event and executed it correctly they wouldn’t have to keep digging themselves in a bigger whole as far as lawsuits that keep coming their way. It’s a toxic circle of them scamming their fans then getting into huge trouble financially and then having to scam them AGAIN to pay off those lawsuits that happened. And on and on.. such a shame

So, I am tangentially connected to the fighting world because I train with local fighters who fight on local cards. I mean, it’s great if someone wants to put on a local fight, but just be honest about it and if you say you are going to pay the fighters, then pay the agreed on amount.
I'm sure big gibber will get paid. He was wise enough to be paid before the event last time and I'm sure he's not stupid enough to wait for the money to come in like all the fighters that didn't get paid.
