Ventress is right when she said "we were pawns in the same war, and we all lost." That is exactly what happened

True, nearly 2 decades later, they fought back, and the seeds of rebellion begin to grow in the inside.
Perhaps, Though Ventress had much more of a chance to avoid that fate than any clone did. Nor did she Resent the moral depravity of her role until it bit her in the back.
The thing is, the Clone Wars was never going to have a victor; Separatists or Republic, the end result was going to be the same.

If this was Ventress from the Clone Wars, Bad Batch would have been toast.

She’s fought Dooku, Grievous, Maul, Savage, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka & Luminara. Not sure what chance they thought they had taking her on.
The Bad Batch wasn't there at any of the mentioned fights so why are you saying that as if they knew?

I love that ventress tried the same eye kick on crosshair as she did on wrecker but for cross it had no effect 😂
Ventress is toying with the Bad Batch, she really had a change of heart after been through so much.
1:40 Bad Batch theme gave me chills
Then she knocked Crosshair unconscious, force choked Wrecker and pointed her lightsaber at Hunter's throat. What a chill lol
The only the that I love about this fight is seeing Crosshair defend his brothers. He’s definitely redeemed now.
My main gripe is how quickly they went to the status quo. Honestly it would be nicer to see the tension between him and the Batch play out more throughout this season rather than just one episode
@@fornax5798 no cause Crosshair realizes how immature that is to completely hold a grudge and not resolve their past issues with him not knowing what he truly wanted to do. Also, their entire main focus is all solely protecting Omega so what's the point of keeping the tension which most likely would just extend plot lines way to damn long with everyone not on the same page
I like the storytelling aspect where Ventress previously fought for the Separatists and killed many clone troopers but now she is testing the force abilities of Omega, a clone, and could potentially become her master.
It also reminds me of Maul who was also a pawn of the Sith and at one point wanted his own apprentice in the form of Ezra

Bad Batch is brave going up against Ventress it reminds me of the 501st going up against Krell and defeated him by the skin of their teeth

I love how it plays, heralding in a heroic moment…and then it cuts to Omega seeing Ventress taking them all out at once
The animation in this scene is stunning. I'm glad they brought her back in this way. Such a great character.

I feel like this fight with Ventress is notably faster than any of the other hand-to-hand fights in the show, and I think that’s because of Ventress’ enhanced reflexes. We haven’t seen many fistfights between FS and regular people; it’s a cool detail
The Bad Batch would have died if Ventress is still in her old Clone wars ways. The Batch only fight droids and non-force users so trying to fight Ventress is like a Level 1 player trying to kill a level 99 boss.
Gotta admit, they lost but the batch definitely did 10x better than Wolffe and The coruscant guard

I know she wasn't 100% vs them but im proud of the b batch 😅
I like to think a bit of Dooku´s legacy still lives in Ventress

I gotta say when they started fighting it was crazy 😅. Ventress she has very strong moves. And when she used the force. And it was even epic when she pulled out her lightsaber.
I really enjoyed watching this episode
She wasn't beating Wrecker she was CRUSHING him.
She wasn't battling Hunter she was DESTROYING him.
She wasn't sparring with Crosshair she was DANCING with him.
I love the hand to hand combat in this episode, in star wars fight scenes are either saber duels or blaster duels, we should get more hand to hand combat in future films/shows
After had your weapons being pulled in the same time once. Crosshair still chose to stand with others. Hoping that Ventress won't use the force again.

"Skarlet" and omega like master and aprendice in new series
There is not much hand to hand combat in the previous installation. The quick movements are that identical to fighting with a lighsaber.
I can see her coming back in the climax of the season. Gives an excuse for vader to show up or perhaps grand inquisitor

The Bad Batch may be regarded as "elites" amongst clones and soldiers in general, but Ventress is in league of her own.
This is without a doubt my favorite moment in season 3.
Interesting how Ventress has Count Dooku's handle to resemble her past a little

It was modeled after Dookus lightsaber, but the key difference is the top part where the light saber ignites
Her level of self control is impressive - would that make her an actual Grey force user - someone who has, while not necessarily been redeemed of the dark side, tempered it into stability?
This fight was super cool, is this the ventress design they used for that one Quinlan Vos story as well?
She could easily easily end them with the force but decides not to since it would be too easy

I must admit she is still an excellect hand to hand combat fighter, even better than she was before. Although she did "cheat" by using the force at the end.
It was only after that Hunter brought out and threw that knife that she did, so it was still fair. Plus, it was 3 on 1 in hand to hand.
Given the fact Ventress has fought literal legends and nightmares and is still standing and fighting? Including Anakin, Ahsoka, Count Dooku? They never stood a chance. If she'd wanted them dead? They are...

That’s the same lightsaber hilt she had as a sith. I actually thought it was the refocused lightsaber from the comic book but since Maul has that exact hilt in the CW final season, it kinda makes sense now

Seeing ventress beat the crap out of the bad batch was very satisfying.
The episode was a microcosmos of everything I like and don’t like about season 3 and the force itself.
I don't mind her easily going through Wrecker and Crosshair but Hunter? Come on. He's specially genetically enhanced for reflexes. No way Ventress should have taken him down so easily without even a single hit. Ah. They made the boys look like kids in one episode

She went toe to toe with the Chosen One and beat him several times. I think that when a genetically enhanced clone like Hunter would still be child's play to her in comparison.

They aren't retconning Dark Disciples. They said they will explore it in a later project. And her coming back from the dead isn't entirely out of canon. Because didn't the end of the book mention how the pond Ventress's body was placed in started to glow? Must of been Nightsister magic that brought her back from the dead as they were capable of that.

Btw death is final even with night sister magic otherwise there would be no zombies in the first place. Mind you, in the book, Ventress was a corpse for MONTHS. Literal MONTHS.
