Major point which comes out is Communication skills.
I have had experience working in MNCs. I can tell, that there is a pool of candidates wanting to join these companies. And they have good English speaking skills.
The point is for small city guys who are still stuck with Hindi or native language speaking. But trust me guys English is just a language which can be mastered with some practice.
Start watching everything in English- news, movies, web series. Practice speaking in front of mirror or best with some of your friends. It'll help a lot.

Cleared my ca final exams in first attempt
Had a good articleship experience from a mid size firm.
But one thing i have observed in recent campus placement that companies are not shortlisting candidates just because they have not done their articleship from big4.
I have many friends who have same professional marks as mine bt still they have got shortlisted from atleast 10 companies and i have got shortlisted from only 2 companies.
The only difference was that they have big4 articleship experience and i have mid size firm articleship experience.
So it becomes so disheartening tht though u have goood skills also u are not shortlisted because of big4.
Don't worry kiyu tsn le raheho 1st job kahipe mil raha he lelo after 2 3 year experience achhe company select karenge

Sir jinke attempts lage ho aur jinko job lgi ho please unke interviews daliye. AIRs ka campus interview experience is not gonna helpful for so many students. As AiRs are anyway gonna get placed in biggies.

Sir with due respect, you should not interview people who has never seen failure in his life. He was a rank holder in foundation, inter and final as well. He is just creating a hype. I don't think he is generous or wise enough. Infact he is just showing off. CA is just a profession, why the hell are we making it so complicated. We know how our education system is, the avg CA student is not of a kind like this guy is talking about. And i wonder jis din is bande ko multiple failures milenge us din iski kya halat hogi. Kyoki ise to pta hi ni how to deal with it...

Pls don’t misunderstand me, I respect your opinion but I would like to point out that this is tunnel vision. This interview is aimed a variety of audience, whether it is a person who is giving cpt or a CA finalist giving nth attempt and for everyone this perception is different. The above person has worked hard and that’s why he has got a rank let’s not undermine his achievements. What he is telling here is blunt truth. I cleared my cpt and ipcc in first attempt and cleared CA final in second attempt and there are companies which don’t take beyond first attempt. It’s the harsh truth. But this rank and first attempt will only help in the first job. After that everything is just a number.
So let’s support each other and respect every person in this profession whether he’s a ranker or a person who cleared in nth attempt😇

Some would doubt themselves that are they really worthy of pursuing CA. He would have explained things in a light manner. For instance he would have said that "I also did my articleship from a mid sized firm and also Graduation not from a regular college. Still i was able to get a job like this. If i can do this, so can you"

Sir I cleared foundation recently and I am really worried that cryptocurrencies like bit coin, dogecoin can lead to extinction of CA profession in future..
Crypto currencies are not traceable and no govt can know which individual holds how much crypto so no CA would be required to save tax.
People would simply invest in Crypto and encash it later whenever they want...
Please share ur views on this.
