Small size firm se hua toh koi baat nai hai kya kya Kaam kia wo important hai jaha interview de rahe hai aap Kya aapne is field mai Kaam kia hai ?

You have completed your articleship or still left , if yes than try to take industrial training
And if articleship period is over than many firm hire as paid assistant
If that is also not possible than also you can try in big four coz they also hire as paid assistant.
Sir can I find job if I complete CA at 29 age
Age is not the factor in CA !!

Hi , you can develop your communication skills by doing mirror practice and asking question to yourself , make a list of 20 technical questions and ask yourself slowly and gradually you will develop your communication skills !!

Don’t use dummy word on public platform, secondly try to understand about the co. in which you are shortlisted. Their ratios, networth, growth, NPV,go through their last year audited F S, try to cover new amendment in the profile you are chosen for eg direct tax than read about new amendments in DT, if Audit than read new CARO, new IND AS , try to read financial impacts due to covid 19, cover director and audit portion in law

Hello Sir. I have given multiple CA final attempts since nov 2016. Due to some reasons I was never fully prepared.
Now if I work hard and secure an AIR in May 2021 attempt which is last attempt for old course. Will it add any value? Can I expect better job after that? Please guide Sir

Hi Jatin,
See if big four or any firm has shortlist’s you than they will let you know that whether it’s for internal or stat or tax, but won’t tell you the stream such as pharma, consumer goods etc. That is as per your experience while articleship,
Other company will tell you the department.
Hi bro, i got shortlisted by whipro and as a part screening of candidates it conducts written test. What kind of ques. it will ask whether from CA course or related to QA etc as asked in various GOVT. EXAMS ?????
They generally ask questions related to quant
Eg surface, area etc
CA related generally nai poochte written test Mai
Interview agar finance ki profile aati hai toh TAX related question eg TDS and all. Poochte hai

Sir, I was not sure that I cleared both group so after the exam I am not thought about jobs or anything else but fortunately I cleared my both group now I am not deciding on which area I will go I did articleship small firm and spend most the time in internal audit.

If yes You can go to big four in internal audit work for atleast 2 years than switch to a industry ( for good hike in package) .

They generally ask about your articleship experience.
And some implications of IND AS
They might ask carve in carve out .
Questions won’t be very tough to deal with, try to explain in detail whatever you have done in your articleship.

My ques is- currently I m giving exam Jan21 attempt.. Can u say what time period we get btw end of exam to placement as I want to work somewhere and thinking of pwc for these 3-4 months. Will they hire for this small period? If yes, will they make me sign bond like can't leave before 6months or they will ask if I will continue with this after CA.. Will joining now will make any impact on salary if I don't go now but after clearing.
PS I need to help my fam financially thus seeking job. And want to go in industry for starting cz I think they pay freshers more than big 4 (m nt sure) plz clarify.

3,4 months but big four won’t hire you for too short period, Generally their is no bond .
Yes they may ask you to continue but it’s totally upto you if you want to than you can .

Sir I did not do my articleship properly and now I have cleared CA final, how should i prepare for interviews? What softwares, subjects should I study ? Any guidance on this will be helpful
Generally they won’t ask you formulas, but you should have a working knowledge of excel and some accounting software .Before going for an interview see the CZcams videos of excel, tally, word . Don’t write in your resume of SAP or any complex accounting software if they ask you won’t be able to answer
If possible till the time of interview try to gain some practical knowledge .
