Genuinely enjoyed the conversation. Listened to the entire thing. Just a clarification, the case where a girl created a fake snapchat profile of a fictitious boy named 'Sidharth' is not related to the suicid case of Manav singh, a boy who was accused of sexual assault (whether falsely accused or not, is not been discovered as of now) The fake snapchat conversation was neither part of the boys locker room nor the case of Manav singh; 'Sidharth' was a fictional identity created by the girl for the purpose of 'test check' All that being clarified and the revelations of the new facts of the case being discovered, it doesn't absolve the the actions of the boys lockeroom and at the same time the girl who created the fake account should also be legally charged for her actions. I believe u have mixed up 3 matters(based on what I have read on the news).First there was a chat on Snapchat b/w a Boy(Girl disguised as Sidddharth)who did the reality check on another boy(let's call him A) (The actual boy,A, whose loyalty was being tested hasn't committed suiside). Second there was a girl who uploaded a story on Snapchat claiming that a boy named Siddharth (yes this time the name of the actual boy was Siddharth) sexually assaulted her.That boy under pressure from social media bullying committed suiside. Third was the case on Boys Locker Room which happened in Instagram.There was no girl involved in Boys locker room chats.There was a boy who was alledged to be a part of that grp.Even that boy committed suicide... So all in all there are 3 cases not 2 involving 2 suisides not 1....(that's what I have understood based on the news I read)...

I may sound offensive but if there's no gender neutral laws then there's always danger of your courage of proving yourself innocent backfiring. You see even lawyers deny to accept such cases due to fear of public shaming. Rich people might prove their innocence but the problem is... What about middle class and poors? I think people are very cheap minded this days and yes Indians especially most women are sexist and biased towards girls. I think sexual issues should be dealt in altogether different court. There shouldn't be any predecided laws (except for clear rape) And accused as well as victim should be trialed by gender neutral experts and then punishment should be decided after studying the case thoroughly.
I think value system is best in india but the only thing is that we are not co relate to this issue rightly..But this video conversation has done good job. Yes we need to improve situations news channel shows news end topics which spreads negativity but no one is want to take initiative to bring change. But there is person who believe in bringing change ie Niraj Arora sir. I think if we will leads to good conclusion we have achieved purpose of our life.
