The piano mat was made famous by the movie Big. I was waiting for a Big reference. In the product screenshot, it even was labeled the Big piano. Then Ken said he wanted to play Chopsticks. That’s the song that was used on that mat for a whole sequence in the movie and since then, anyone who’s ever tried to step on one of these mats tries to mimic that scene in that movie. Then…you guys reference Home Alone 2 instead. LOL.
I was completely waiting for it too, then I remembered that these guys are pretty young and probably weren't alive for at least a good 10 years after that movie was released.

Reminds me of a CZcamsr, older guy, years ago that made several laptops out of Xbox 360 consoles. He'd put all the components in a custom built housing. Used laptop replacement screens. I think he's made PS3 ones too. They were big, but fairly thin. Basically looked like a gaming laptop from the early 2000's with really thick bezels.

The xScreen isn't an official product... but seriously it's so well made and designed it should be.
A better colour match and maybe slightly better speakers are all I suggest as minor improvements.
If they could ever get a design that doesn't obstruct any ports that would be pure gold, but unlikely given the internals.

The biggest turn off on that mini display is the inability to use the Ethernet port. Only thing that would redeem it would be the ability to use USB Ethernet adapters

I'm glad they made other versions of screens for the series S, well other versions from different brands. Basically from a company called G-story as the screens are probably better and while they add a few millimeters or cms depending on chosen version to the sides they free up all ports, so you don't lose out or compromise
