- Pressure Washer Repair unloader valve fix. Make sure you measure your output shaft before you order a replacement pump. Everywhere online said my Honda GC160 had a 3/4 shaft so that's what I ordered, then removed my old pump only to find that the shaft is a 7/8. Honda made GC160 with both sizes of shafts. #diy
