Turned out to be a lock washer on the screw that was used to mount the petcock to the tank, fuel leaked past the threads on the screw then past the cut in the lock washer.
Sorry for jinxing you when I said itwas an easy fix in the last video! 😂 I’ve had very similar adventures with old and new petcocks and needle valves recently. 😅

External leak is the o ring on the tap portion, the big rubber with the holes may let fuel pass to the outlets if it's off,
