@quickbooks My mileage isn’t recording now either. So frustrating after months of it working fine, now all of a sudden it doesn’t. All my settings are correct.
This is absurd. The ap stops working without any notification. How can I accurately bill for my time? QB - I have complained 3 separate times. Surely you can fix this. Maybe we all start billing QB for the labor involved to correct our records? Maybe they fix it then?
Started getting wonky last week or so. Seems like I’m not alone. It is tracking about one out of every three or four trips now.
Why doesn't my mileage record? I have multiple trips in a day and sort everything out. Then the next day HALF show up as unrecorded.
Same here. I don’t trust this app. I drove over 300 miles and about 45 in three stops showed up.

We'd like to take a closer look at this with you. Just to confirm, can you tell us what mobile device you're using and if your do not disturb option is on while driving?

@@quickbooksdoes DnD affect tracking? Mine is rarely enabled and I also have issues with the app tracking all my trips.
It seemed to work great at first but after a few days it doesn’t.

Waste of time, doesn’t record all your millage!!
I've got all settings optimized and my trips are recorded SOMETIMES but too many aren't tracking and its hurting my deductions.
Same. Compared to Hurdlr, this app is very inconsistent and enters half the deductions.

What happened to auto mileage tracking? All of a sudden, it stopped tracking. So disappointed.

Same. I started using this app Jan 1 this yr and it was working perfectly. Then about 2 months ago when I tried to go thru my mileage i noted lots of days missing in the mileage log. The autotrack toggle was off which I had not turned off myself. I turned it on. Check back in a few days later. Same thing. I turned it on again. Checked all my settings like the QA said to do. A few days later... repeat. 2 months later Repeat. Not sure what else to so. I don't want to have to log in everyday amd turn this on. Not sure why it stopped being efficient.
Yep same problem. The auto tracker auto disables which defeats the purpose.
Exactly the same problem. Worked perfectly at first but now it records maybe a trip a week. It’s useless!

Mine was working perfectly until about 2 weeks ago. Now it’s not tracking! I did everything the troubleshooting said to do and nothing. And reaching out for assistance is a nightmare!

Having the same issue it’s not auto tracking anymore and it used to all the time. I’ve tried everything and checked settings and it’s not working I have to manually add everything now

Same issue. No response to emails
Doesn’t work. I have everything turned on, everything is in order but it records when it feels like it. Half of my trips are unrecorded! Time to download another app!

I’ve never had issues with the self employed app, but for the online it never tracks
How to solve this inability to track ? I've followed the directions. And it STILL does not work.

Coming from Mile IQ this app is not accurate at all. My trips are not showing up on QB.
Been thinking about looking at MileIQ considering these issues, did they have the same problems?
The app won’t let me add my address. It defaults to another location .
Why is the app using 50g of data to use per month?
Where do I enter the odometer readings for each trip?

Mine hasn't tracked from months even though it was on. Now it's impossible to manually input it as there's multiple stops per day

@@quickbooks yes, it is! I was able to provide this information to your support team member as well! He said that it is the big problem and there no understanding how soon it can be fixed!!! Your thoughts? So big company fail to fix the major problem
This app uses way to much cell data each day 9 hours it uses 2.5gigs

There are too many times my trips are not recording. I’ve done everything correctly but the app just doesn’t work 100% of the time. Heck, not even 60> of the time at this point. Why am I paying for this.

This mileage program is junk. I miss half my trips after it tells me it'll track until I tell it to stop except somehow it's all gone at the end of the day!

I thought this was great until every stop sign and light I stopped at was a recorded “trip” so now 50min trip is 70 trips for .50c - $2.50
Then I really said F*** this when I would drive personally, and now have 200 “trips” and all it says is “road names + .50c reduction” I lost it and said NEVER again I’m better off with pen and paper.
I’m here watching this video HOPING I find a way to customize the tracking
Hi there. Stop signs and Lights typiclaly shouldn't count towards a stop in a trip. Can you not just update the app so we can manually add trip info? Auto tracking never works right

Worst app ever existed
This app is a joke. It missed half of my 2023 mileage. I’d cancel if I were you.

I know how to track miles. But when you don’t ensure your app works with iOS updates what am I supposed to do. Again. Cancel now or risk missing by months of miles.
