How to make a delicious pie, lemon pie is a very easy recipe! I will show you a cake in 5 minutes, watch my channel and video. Today I will cook a quick cake, lemon cream cake - it's very tasty! Fast and tasty!
Cookies - 300 g
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
Butter - 100 g
Gelatin - 10 g
Water - 5 tbsp
Lemons - 3 pcs + 1 pc for decoration
Eggs - 3 pcs
Sugar - 150 g
Butter - 50 g
Grind cookies with a blender
Add cocoa
You can take chocolate cookies right away and not add cocoa!
Add melted butter
Submit to form
Bake 10 minutes at 180°C
Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes
Grate lemon zest on a fine grater
Grind with sugar
Add lemon juice
Mix
Add eggs
Whisk
Heat on low heat
Add butter
Boil 5 minutes
Add gelatin
Stir until gelatin dissolves (do not boil!)
Pour on base
Garnish with lemon slices
Place in refrigerator for 3 hours
