Ingredients:
- 250g sugar
- 65g butter
- 200 ml cream (33% fat)
- 160g chocolate
- 30 grams of sunflower oil
- 60 grams of nuts

I'm thinking the 5 mins was referring to the time it takes to make just the caramel? I know from personal experience that is the approximate time that part takes.
