Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Cream 30% fat - 200 ml
Curd cheese - 150 g
Powdered sugar - 30 g
Berries for decoration
Diameter - 20 cm
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
Gradually add powdered sugar
Beat for about 10 minutes
Add starch and vinegar
Mix
Put on a baking sheet
Preheat oven to 200°C
Place the cake, immediately reduce to 100 °C
Bake another 1.5 hours
If your oven has a convection mode, I recommend turning it on.
Whip cream, add cream cheese and icing sugar
Spread the cream on the cake
Decorate with berries
