Grandma used to make this dessert as a child, now I cook it!

#recipe
Dough:
Flour - 150 g
Warm water - 100 ml
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil - 500 ml
Syrup:
Water - 150 ml
Lemon - 1/2 piece
Dried cloves - 1 pc.
Honey - 200 g
Mix flour, yeast, salt
Add warm water, stir
Leave for 15 minutes
Put a few slices of lemon, dried cloves into the water
Boil
Turn off the fire
Add honey
You can use sugar, but I prefer with honey! :)
cool down
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan
Fry the dessert for 3 minutes on each side
Dip in syrup
Enjoy your meal!
