How to make meringue cake. Watch my video recipe and let's cook delicious recipes together! The cream cake recipe is a really delicious cake. The recipe for this cake was told to me by my grandmother, I cooked it once and now I always cook it! A simple recipe anyone can make! Fast and delicious!
Eggs - 6 pcs (only egg whites) - 180 g
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 250 g
Corn starch - 25 g
Cream cheese or mascarpone - 350 g
Cream with a fat content of 30% - 180 g
Powdered sugar - 20 g
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Nuts for decoration - 30 g
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites
Beat at low speed
Add sugar
Beat until sugar dissolves
Add cornstarch
Mix gently
Bake 1 hour at 150°C
cool down
Mix cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract
Whisk
Lubricate the base with cream
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
Decorate
Enjoy your meal!
