Yeast-free puff pastry - 100 g
Gelatin - 6 g
Boiling water - 50 ml
Eggs - 3 pcs
Powdered sugar - 60 g
Whipping cream 30% - 125 g
Mascarpone cheese - 150 g
cut puff pastry
Bake 10 minutes at 200°C
Pour boiling water over gelatin
Stir until gelatin dissolves.
Beat yolks with powdered sugar
Add cream
Whisk
Add mascarpone
Whisk
Beat egg whites
Add to cream
Add gelatin
Divide the dough into layers, spread with cream
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
