What's the deal with the headlights? They don't look like LCI as they have different indicators, looks pre-lci.
Also, don't go M50D injectors and HPFP on a manual as I found out. Need to then upgrade the clutch and flywheel, but no one makes a upgraded dual mass flywheel to handle the power and torque.
As mentioned in the vid, this power is the best bang for the buck, anymore and then you need to start spending money everywhere for the car to handle it.

6:32 is an example of why ERG is the worst way to bring emissions down.
If the EGR System on a modern car looks like that id imagine most 15-20 year old diesels with this system still on them are just plugged solid.
People in the industry told me to disassemble the EGR System and clean it every 50-60.000 miles and/or change the EGR Valve. You are mad is what I said.
That is not a simple job like changing spark plugs or performing a regular service (oil, belts etc). Id have to order up a seal kit, cleaner and probably new parts aswell.
Having that done at the dealership would be ideal but imagine the bill... A full service of the EGR System should be in the regular service intervals when you lease a car or buy new.

I have pd 150 hybrid turbo my pipe that connects to egr valve as I'm still running egr keeps popping off on the hard pipe as it's the standard pipe for the egr . I have your side mount kit . Do you do a uprated pipe for egr pipe as my one a bit short and the clamps keep popping off under full boost I have tightened up as much as possible. And seems all good for now but it will do it again . I want to be able to build up enough back pressure so wen exhaust is on I don't lose all that pressure with straight pipes and I don't want decat as I'm still on standard exhaust . I will also need free flow sport cat. Down pipe and nice system. I can bring to you now as I'm off in 5 weeks I drop her off so we can do the bits and Bob's done now as we been talking a while now . And a power run if all possible to see wat I have now . As I think I got about 200 bhp plus . As before new turbo and your intercooler kit I had 175 bhp at fly wheel all on standard bits . And a revo remap . And she is a lot faster than before . And wen you get it and we meet hopefully if you are impressed you can help Me finish. My nan raised me and helped me get the car so it means alot as she has passed away . And she never got to see the car complete . Thank you . I have tried to phone but your phones are still off . When does that system start to spool? Your graph starts at 2.000rpm. Not that I'm planning to get one but just out of curiosity. I just love good torque from down low that doesn't rub out of revs upwards. A good punch of torque but not uncontrolled.
Love the Mk3 Mondeo 2.2TDCi. Unluckily they have a big issue with the injectors. But the power band is a dream. I like PD engines too but the torque just comes too aggressive and they run out of rpm so quickly

The swirl flaps of the N57 don't break and fall into the cylinders. That was only the case for the M57 before revision. Don't be afraid of them with a standard setup. They give you more torque for low rpms.
