By doing this workout AGAIN i realised what is that, that i like so much in Nicole's workout. It's the mindful way of doing them. It's not about building muscles obsessively, it's about building muscles mindfully, by letting your body feel tired and keep on moving on, focus on your breath, realise which muscle is working and which not, what kind of contraction we need to have to maintain the right position etc. So i love this, because i'm in a phase of my life where i in general am trying to be more mindful about the things i do in my daily life. Im switching between 2.5lb and 5lb weights but Ive been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now. I cant believe how much my body has changed. I have an injury to my right leg but your workouts allow me to just skip over any right leg work. With my disability I never thought Id be able to firm up my body, I can not thank you enough.

A great workout, it is so important to strengheten shoulders and arms spending all day on office desk, it would be wonderful if you could do more video with focus on this part of the body . Can't thank you enough for this relaxing yet effective workout, definitely feeling stronger after this. Your workout is really helpful as currently I'm going through the recovery state of HA due to over-exercise and under-eating in the past. So high intensity, cardio workout, or anything that will increase my heart rates is a big NONO to me at this moment. However, thanks to your calming voice and the soothing background music, even though there are still some parts of your workout that might be intense a bit but I found myself at ease and able to stay relaxed throughout the entire workout. Enjoyed getting some arms and abs worked out. Needed this and was able to minimize the stress on my hip flexors (have to protect hip flexors still after my hip scope) but was pleased to be able to do most of the workout, with some modifications - had draw on my own Pilates and Physio background to get creative! Love your classes and looking forward to doing more of them!
