I love how you don't clickbait in your videos. There is no 'abs in 2 days' or 'booty in a week.' You've helped me feel so much more comfortable in my natural body, and I can't thank you enough for that
when I search for a workout video I always check their channel if they have that kind of content âabs in 2 daysâ âbooty in a weekâ âhourglass body 3 daysâ if they do I remember to not watch their content.
With some modifications, my 71 year old body managed to do this challenging, but excellent workout. Thank you

What would I do without you! That was such a fun workout with a perfect combination of abs and booty exercises. This is a very serious glute and ab workout and extremely effective! I managed to do about 65% of it and I feel content with that. đ Thank you.
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. czcams.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

This was the most intense workout Iâve done in a while. Iâve been going to the gym again but wasnât seeing results and decided to give Pilates a try and Iâve never felt more accomplished. I was able to do most of the workouts except like four or them due to space.
This was such an awesome workout. Every move is for a short time, which is awesome. Because then you can really focus and give each move your all, instead of being exhausted in 2 minutes. Fun workout, while still being just challenging enough! Love itđâ€ïž.

Great workout! I haven't been able to do much pilates for the past week due to a cold, but today is the first day I've felt completely better so I really wanted to do something, and this video has been tempting me all this time. I really feel like I got deep into my abs and leg muscles without and the minutes I felt like I was about to give up you suddenly changed it up every so slightly for it to not feel like total death. This one was really tough for me.... I couldn't really feel the abs series I think because of my wrong form in most of the postures but really felt the booty series.... But I'm not gonna give up!!!! I'm happy that I atleast moved my body progress over perfection!
