    What would I do without you! That was such a fun workout with a perfect combination of abs and booty exercises.     Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. czcams.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    This was the most intense workout I’ve done in a while. I’ve been going to the gym again but wasn’t seeing results and decided to give Pilates a try and I’ve never felt more accomplished. I was able to do most of the workouts except like four or them due to space.

    This was such an awesome workout. Every move is for a short time, which is awesome. Because then you can really focus and give each move your all, instead of being exhausted in 2 minutes. Fun workout, while still being just challenging enough! Love itđŸ˜Šâ€ïž.

This one was really hard for my abs and legs but I made it through (except from the last series which my abs couldn't cooperate). Instead I did regular ups and downs. Thank you Nicole.     Great workout!     I have never left a comment on any CZcams video but THIS deserves the extra attention. I absolutely loved this work out. I’ve never experienced such a well balanced, gentle yet challenging work out before! I really feel like I got deep into my abs and leg muscles without and the minutes I felt like I was about to give up you suddenly changed it up every so slightly for it to not feel like total death.     This one was really tough for me.... I couldn't really feel the abs series I think because of my wrong form in most of the postures but really felt the booty series.... But I'm not gonna give up!!!! I'm happy that I atleast moved my body progress over perfection!

    Hi Nicole, this is my third time doing this workout and I will definitely keep coming back to it! I love your no-standing workouts focusing on lower body in the evening when I just want to wind down and have little energy to stand up or do planks! Funny how I find working out in the evening so relaxing 😄
